HR Coordinator

We are looking for an HR coordinator who will work with our Talent Acquisition team and perform the following roles and responsibilities.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Write and post technical job descriptions

  • Screen and shortlist profiles from job portals, networking sites, referencing networking, and job hunting

  • Evaluate specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes

  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant’s abilities

  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)

  • Coordinate with leadership to forecast department goals and hiring needs

  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

  • Compose job offer letters

  • Follow-up with hiring leads to complete the hiring process. Schedule in-person rounds of interviews, telephonic rounds of interviews, and coordinate for technical tests


  • 1-2 years of recruitment experience in end-to-end technical recruitment as well as non-technical requirements

  • This position requires 70% support in recruitment and 30% in operations

  • Understand the requirements as regards the job profile and specifications of the company

  • Evaluate candidate skills, understanding of different technologies, and key responsibility areas

  • Strong coordination skills, coordinating and managing up to final rounds with interview panels

  • Execute recruitment plans efficiently

  • Work with hiring managers and meet sourcing timelines

  • Identify new methods with the approach for sourcing candidates and generate new leads

  • Post on adequate publications to attract candidates

  • Review recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment program


  • Candidate should be willing to work from our Pune office

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

  • Willingness to work in flexible hours

  • Educational background in MBA – HR preferred

  • Exposure in IT, product domain preferred

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter

  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats

  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT and non-IT roles

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)



  • Experience certificate in working with a global company
