Inside Sales Representative

Job description

  • Demonstrated ability in having effective interactions at multiple stakeholder levels across hierarchies and functions in client organizations (especially CXOs)
  • Must have the ability to deliver presentations effectively to small and large groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have adequate knowledge of reach out tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator,, Zoominfo, Hubspot, CRM knowledge preferred (EngageBay)
  • Aware of how to do cold-calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, building & maintaining the database, and other such pipeline generation & growth hacking techniques


  • Responsible for driving lead generation (BANT qualified) and revenue contribution
  • Understanding Dista product offering and use cases
  • Identifying new prospects, markets, industries leading to new business opportunities
  • Perform market research, create, and work on campaigns with the marketing team
  • Generating new business meetings leading to opportunities and closures
  • Analyze data trends and performance, prepare and conduct presentations and maintain effective communication with customers via phone/email and video conferencing technologies

Required skills

  • Candidate must have lead/demand generation experience of 1-2 years with a proven track record
  • Background in technology / SaaS / enterprise lead generation is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced with research and maintaining databases, highly organized and efficient
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor within a team environment
  • Experience in account-based sales development will be a bonus
